Latin Hub is a sub-organisation of the MADLAD (Melbourne Academic Dead Language Acquirer and Director). The Hub itself was the brainchild of Marcus Paterson, an assistant Latin teacher who realised that after classes had finished, there was no space for students to chat casually and practice their acquired knowledge.
Fast forward a few years, and Latin Hubs are now open across Australia as more and more people discover this beautiful language and work to rouse it from its sleep.
Latin Hub is currently supported by the MADLAD, and also has partnerships with SALAD (Sydney Academy of Latin Aesthetic Dance) and BOOGIE (the Brisbane Ontological Occupational Genetic Inquisitorial Educators).
